Being reared in a Lions Club family, Frank is no stranger to the Loudon Lions Club. His Father, Lion Charlie, served as 12N District Governor in 1976 and always had a great following in his community. Frank has served the Loudon Lions Club in every capacity including Zone Chair. Frank’s favorite thing to do is visit clubs and meet new people. Every club he seems to go to, he offers to help them out in fundraising or service projects. His only hope is to serve and to see these clubs do well. He has participated in the annual Lions Learning Retreat (LLR) and Tennessee Lions Learning Institute (TLLI). Frank furthered his training by successfully completing the 1st Vice District Governors coursework through Lions Club International in St. Charles, Illinois in preparation for becoming District Governor.
