District Governor Keltie Kerney
Keltie Baker Kerney is from Weber City, Virginia, USA and is a member of the Kingsport, Tennessee Lions Club. She was elected to serve as the District Governor for District 12-N at the association’s convention in February, 2024.
Keltie is a retired nurse; however , she currently serves as a patient experience liaison at a medical center . She graduated with honors from ETSU with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and a Masters in Public Health. She feels her nursing career of serving those in need aligns with the Lions global causes as We Serve individuals who may have needs in the following areas: vision , youth, hunger, diabetes, disaster relief, humanitarian, environment and childhood cancer.
Keltie is a recipient of a Melvin Jones Fellow.
Keltie has been a member of the Kingsport, TN club since 2017 and served as President, First VP, 2nd VP, secretary, and turtle derby chairman.
Keltie’s husband, Michial has been a Lion in the Weber City Club for 35 years. They have been married 49 years and have 2 adult daughters and 3 grandsons.
